Rumi is a rent finance platform built to solve one of Nigeria’s biggest housing problems. rigid, upfront rent demands. We enable tenants to secure the home of their choice by paying just 40% of the total rent upfront, while we cover the remaining 60% directly to the landlord. Tenants then repay us conveniently over 6 to 7 months, either monthly or bi-weekly.
